Meet Jessica

I help passionate women and couples, who desire deeper connections, break down the limiting beliefs they have about themselves, to find value in their design and operate optimally in their strengths. I help them to grow in understanding the communication styles and preferences of themselves and others, giving them deeper awareness and practical tools to take steps to positively impact their relationships.

I also partner with them to develop clear strategies to bridge communication gaps, reset when communication gets challenging and rejoice in the victories that bring deeper connection and understanding.

My Story

I have been using the Life Languages since 2009 to help in my marriage, my parenting, and other relationships. It was a pivotal tool in creating a healthy dynamic with my spouse who is wired very differently from me. In addition I have used Life Languages to help others in their relationships since 2016. In 2020 I was certified to be a Life Languages coach and my husband and I have conducted several seminars and facilitated other workshops to help church groups and leadership teams grow in communication and understanding.

I have learned to see my whole story as a treasure chest where God has woven beauty amidst challenges. I now see how God has used my story to teach me the power of mentorship, the beauty of relational healing and the importance of deep connections and relationships. My story fuels my passion to help others find deep connections in their relationships.

I am Abba’s cherished daughter, intertwined with the Divine. I am a relational craftswoman and encouraging hope builder who is passionate about connection with and for others. I am a logical problem solver who is creative, flexible and curious.

My Why

I believe that we are all delightfully designed by God for intimate connection with Him and others and when we face the hard with honest courage, surrender and humble perseverance, God will transform us into His intended masterpieces that create safe spaces to change the world.
