Working with Jessica has been a joy. She is trustworthy and insightful, a steady cheerleader and guide as you peel back layers of self-talk that have been sabotaging your potential. It has been truly rewarding to see tangible change in such a short period of time.

Life language coaching gave me a new lens through which to view people who communicate differently than me. It helped me connect with others in the workplace who I’d previously been avoiding.

This experience was transformative for me. The weekend structure was spot-on. Friday allowed us to relax and get comfortable with the group, setting the stage. Saturday morning quickly revealed which "life languages" each of us naturally leans into, and the alternating rhythm of "learn / practice / learn / practice" turned abstract ideas into real, impactful interactions. Through trial and error—and a lot of hilarity—we experienced firsthand how conversations shift with a deeper understanding of others' core needs AND simple ways to identify others' languages. The result was a Fabulous weekend that sparked a true shift in my relationships, starting with my nuclear family and expanding outward.

Jess Sherle has been such an encouraging and inspiring coach. At each session, she asked questions that led to that next right step. She guided me in finding my strengths and identifying my values so I could be more intentional about my schedule and direction. Through her coaching, I was able to reprioritize my time and energy towards what I value most. The Life Languages program is outstanding. Jessica is an incredible teacher with real life examples for marriages, parenting and overall relationships.  Everyone needs to learn their languages and how to equip themselves with all seven so they can know themselves, to control themselves, to give of themselves appropriately.
